I recently ordered a watch for my husband as a gift and because of Covid the shipping was somewhat screwy. I contacted the replicahause customer service once I saw the shipment was delayed. The only solution, of course, was for me to order another watch with express shipping, but they sent me a return label in case I couldn't reject the original order. I have since rejected the order, it's almost back to them and even though they haven't received it they refunded me anyway. The customer service has been exemplary which is very hard to find nowadays. Oh, and the watch is awesome
